North: Mother Figure Earth Goddess, Big bowl of Sage, Branches of Pine, a Candy Cane, Salt & Green stones + a candle for the corner.
East: Lots of Incense holders. We made Yule Incense as well as Esbat Incense, two dark blue pillar candles for Yule + a candle for the corner,
South: SUN GOD!! on his way to rebirth by the moon's good grace. Candles EVErywhere, The basket is filled with what everyone is recharging (Tarot cards, stones and Jewlary)
West: Cauldron, Blue Stones willed with water + a candle for the corner
How I Celebrated Yule
This was for the Dec 10th Esbat for my Circle. We did a pre-Yule Esbat with ties the three stages of womanhood, The Roman Goddess Libertia & a focus on divination as well as a tool recharging
We had 3 women present. we set up our space, created our sacred space, called Corners and Gods, made stuff, did tarot, made wishes and said how much we love The Goddess. She was so pregnant and BIG that now we couldn't help but celebrate her beauty.
We ended with meditation and closed our circle.
It was wonderful.
