What's On My Altar
Photo of a nice big tree for the Tree of Life. I have a cup with seeds, and a cup with beads and bells as an offering for the Fae. I have my gratitude cup that reminds me to count my blessings. I also made a Maypole and put ribbons on it to represent the 8 color rays. I have a white candle for the Goddess as well as to represent Fire, a dish of salt for Earth, a dish for Water, and a feather for Air. I have a fairy stone that I like. White dove and cup of small Lake Superior agates for Goddess. I have a cup of oats and a vase with a flower from my garden. Shell for burning sage, stones for chakras and a crystal
How I Celebrated Beltane
I wanted to dance outside with a fire but the rain decided to keep me indoors so I danced and lit candles. I meditated and sang songs for celebrate the rebirth of the Earth and sent out the Violet Flame for transmutation.
Tips and Tricks
- I tried to keep my altar simple this year as it is my first. I think I would like to add some type of cloth for my altar next time.
