DISCLAIMER: This listing is a free service provided to readers of Pagan/Wiccan About.com. This website makes no guarantees as to the legitimacy of anyone contained in this listing -- in other words, do your homework and check peoples' references before you hire them to officiate at your ceremony! Check with your individual state to see what requirements are in place as to who can perform a ceremony. In some states, such as Ohio, a minister must be licensed by the Secretary of State before they can perform legally recognized services. Don't be afraid to ask a clergy person for references, or for a copy of their licensing or ordination paperwork.

Texas:

Tim Ledbetter
ULC Reverend, O.C.P Spiritual Humanism, performs ceremonies in TX and WA

Bio: I have performed various services over the last eight years in both Texas and Washington state. My primary services are Wedding and Hand-fasting, but dedication, renewal, and infant dedication ceremony can also be performed. I work with the couple to be joined to create a ceremony everyone can be pleased with, or I can provide examples of more generic ceremony. Non-denominational ceremony can also be performed for those who need a more 'standard' or Judeo-Christian friendly ceremony. Standard Christian non-denominational ceremony can also be performed.

Pastor Laurel Hess/Gyelle
Licensed in WA
Ceremonies: I perform ceremonies in Washington and Oregon. Ordained by Lyceum of Trees (and the ULC). I am interested in all rites of passage with a focus on weddings and end of life. Unions of people in same sex and polyamorous relationships are also happily celebrated. I love working with people to make their time special and meaningful. I also can help you write a ceremony that will express your ideals and not frighten your otherly religious relatives. Personally, I am a Crone who has been studying religions for years and helped to found Lyceum of Trees, a non-denominational Pagan Church in 2000. Lyceum also does a year and a day class in Paganism 101 to help people get the knowledge they need to function in the community and to find their Path.
