I'm a big fan of decorating my yard throughout the course of October - I'm talking about the kind of yard that random people will stop and take pictures of as they drive by. I've got ghosts, skeletons in my trees, a giant inflatable witch that hold political signs every year, and Boris the eight-foot spider. I also do my own graveyard, which has been an ever-expanding part of the shenanigans. You can buy fake headstones at any Halloween store, but they'll set you back quite a bit - and they're all pretty much the same. With a bit of creativity and some effort, you can make your own, and they'll last you for years:
