For our readers above the equator, this is the time of year when grapevines are in abundance! This is a craft which is fairly easy to make, although it takes a little bit of patience. You'll need several grapevines of thin to medium thickness, freshly picked so they're pliable. If they've dried out, you can soften them up by soaking them overnight in a bucket of water. Make this simple grapevine pentacle to hang on your wall or altar: Grapevine Pentacle.

Love this! You can do the same thing using willow branches. I used them to make dream catchers for my sister’s volleyball team once as well. I made the pentacles for a sculpture project in college. I used as many natural materials (leaves, bark, branches, etc) that I found lying on the ground as possible. But I used copper wire to create the stars inside the willow-branch hoops. And this was before I was Pagan! Sometimes I look back on things and think “How did I not figure this out sooner?”
