Backyard Quidditch

Friday October 2, 2009
Back in May, I posted an article about the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which has its own Quidditch team. Ever since then, I've been pondering the idea of introducing the game to my annual Halloween party. While trying to wrap my brain around the logistics, I stumbled across a fun website. It has everything you need to know about how to play the Muggle version of Quidditch, for those of us who are ground-bound, instead of on brooms. The author has a great handbook full of ideas on how to set up the game in your yard or elsewhere, as well as tips for getting around that whole flying thing, so I thought I'd share: Quidditch for Muggles
