Campus Wiccans at Boston University

Follow me on:

It's autumn, which means we're seeing a lot of the "witches are normal" stories in the news right now. I wanted to share this one with you, in particular, because it's actually a really well-written piece. It's refreshing to see that the reporter, Sara Faith Alterman, did her homework and takes a very knowlegable (and yet still light-hearted) approach to a Wiccan student group at Boston University. Alterman also makes a point of clearing up some of the stereotypes about Wiccan beliefs without scapegoating other groups like the Satanists. Nicely done, so kudos to Alterman and the Boston Phoenix!
