Harvest Season Brings Pagan Pride

Sunday August 17, 2008
It's never to early too start planning ahead, and with the Mabon season coming up shortly, there are a lot of different Pagan Pride events planned. I've just updated the 2008 Pagan/Wiccan calendar with a ton of new festival listings for the next couple of months, so take a minute to see what's coming up in your area. If you're an event coordinator, pass your information along to me and I'll add your festival to the calendar.

There are a few basic rules of etiquette to keep in mind when attending a public event -- for more on the Do's and Don'ts of public festival attendance, read Pagan & Wiccan Festival Etiquette. If you're not Pagan, but think you might get invited to an event anyway, you should also read Tips for Non-Pagans.

Yay, Pagan Pride Day! I see you have several listed for September 27th, and I’ve another for you to add should you wish to. Indianapolis, Indiana is having its annual Pagan Pride day on September 27th this year, in Broad Ripple Park. I’ve been the last few years, and have always had a blast. Here’s the website: http://www.indypaganpride.org/news.php if anyone wants more detailed information.
