Druid Full Moon Ceremony in Avebury
Monday June 16, 2008
A nifty article comes to us from the UK Telegraph about a Druidic full moon ceremony near Avebury. What's really nice about this article is that reporter Ian Vince makes it clear that he knows very little about modern Paganism or moon worship, and yet manages to stay respectful of all that goes on around him as he relates the story. The Avebury stone circle is nearly fourteen times the size of Stonehenge, and upcoming events include a summer solstice celebration on Saturday, June 21.
