Pagan Pronunciation Guide

Follow me on:

Add this to your list of Really Fun Linkage: The Pagan Talking Dictionary. It features sound files of proper pronunciations of words commonly found in the Pagan and Wiccan lexicon. If you ever thought that "athame" rhymes with "a-frame", or if you aren't sure how many syllables are really in the word "Lughnasadh," this is a great resource!

Thank you, being self taught is always a handicap when correctly using terminology. First started with Samhain… I am very grateful for your helpful hard work and dedication.

Haha, same here. Samhain was definitely one that I pronounced wrong. But, for some reason, the page won’t load for me. Is it still available, or could it just be the internet connection? Can someone confirm?

Paulina(4) – I checked and it appears that the link is down, at least for now. I’ll try back with them periodically and see if it ever gets restored. It may just be a temporary error, or it could be more permanent.

Okay, I checked it at both home and work, and it doesn’t work. I’ll be checking it out often as well. I hope it will be back up. Thank you.
